Who Can Join
Open exclusively to students representing clubs across UiTM Cawangan Terengganu — Kampus Kuala Terengganu, Dungun, and Bukit Besi.
Participants are fully responsible for their own ICT equipment, internet connection, and required software.

Dashboards must be built using the specific club datasets provided by organizers. External data triggers immediate disqualification.

Workshop & Briefing
8:00 PM via Google Meet. Attendance, rules, Power BI workshop, and Q&A session.

Build Period (7 Days)
Teams build dashboards and record video presentations. Deadline: 21 Jun 2026.
22 Jun – 24 Jun 2026
Jury Evaluation
Committee screening followed by professional jury evaluation to determine the Top 3 finalists.

Winner Announcement
Official declaration of the Top 3 victors at UiTM Cawangan Dungun.

Submission Requirements
Submission Requirements.
Materials to Submit
Each team must submit:
- 01. Power BI dashboard file.
- 02. Dashboard presentation video.
- 03. Team profile, including team name, member names, member photos, and the club/society represented.
Submission Format
All materials must be submitted via the link or folder provided by the organizers. Participants must ensure the dashboard file and video are accessible and can be opened by the organizers and jury panel.
Files or links that cannot be opened or accessed will result in the team being disqualified.
Strict Adherence Required
Disqualification Criteria.
Any of the following will result in immediate disqualification. Click a category to expand the rules.
Total Disqualification Grounds
Across 5 categories — attendance, submission, data integrity, conduct, and team compliance. All rules are enforced without exception.
- 01.Missing the online workshop/briefing without a valid reason.
- 02.Failing to join the official communication channels.
- 03.Submitting the dashboard or video after the designated deadline.
- 04.Incomplete submission of required materials.
- 05.Submitted files or links cannot be opened or accessed.
- 06.Utilizing any software other than Microsoft Power BI.
- 07.Utilizing unauthorized external data streams.
- 08.Using datasets containing sensitive or personal information.
- 09.Plagiarism of dashboards, templates, or other group's work.
- 10.Using copyrighted materials without proper licensing.
- 11.Including offensive, racist, political, or defamatory content.
- 12.Changing team members post-registration without approval.
- 13.Providing false information during registration.
- 14.Not adhering to the strict 4-member group quota.
- 15.Violating any other rules set by the organizers.
